ORGANIC AND FAIR TRADE COFFEE

Each roast is carefully inspected and taste tested for quality. We source our beans from Colombia and roast locally in the Bay Area. We value ethical and humane practices from farm to cup, so we ensure that our organic coffee is also bought on the fair trade market.

We’re keeping it simple by only roasting a light, medium, and dark roast. That's it. We ensure that our coffee is smooth, flavorful, and full bodied – never stale, burnt, or too acidic.

Through our team's rigorous inspection and taste testing process, we have created a high standard for quality coffee for its freshness, taste, and functionality. We chose our coffee by their origin, unique flavor profiles, and the quality of bean. Through the Perspective process, we are able to deliver our communities consistent and exceptional coffee through three simple roasts: Light, Medium, and Dark.
