Each roast is carefully inspected and taste tested for quality. We source our beans from Colombia and roast locally in the Bay Area. We value ethical and humane practices from farm to cup, so we ensure that our organic coffee is also bought on the fair trade market.
We’re keeping it simple by only roasting a light, medium, and dark roast. That's it. We ensure that our coffee is smooth, flavorful, and full bodied – never stale, burnt, or too acidic.
